19. Was I the only person screaming at that lady to PICK UP HER FUCKING DOG!?! And then when she gets back down to finally get her dog, she just wanders out as if nothing happened. Didn't pick it up, hug it, hold it, start thanking people profusely for saving her dog (she obviously didn't know who saved it anyway.) That lady needs to seriously reevaluate why she has an animal in the first place.
