I'm sat here watching this, as I've watched many before, and I cannot help wondering Why Russian drivers act the way they do. They have a perfectly good road system, and the weather isn't always snowing. They can't all be paralytic on vodka. The only reason I can think of is education and training. Do they give driving licences free in cornflake boxes?
