Your really not supposed to pick up wild boars. Their an invasive specious and a huge problem for farmers, ranchers, and even people in the city.
Dogs get cancer because they are eating lot of packed food .mostly made from slaughter house waste and conservatives

Cancer rise in dogs have the same causes as cancer rise in humans. It's the food we eat and the foods we feed our dogs. If you research into majority of brand name dog foods, you'll be horrified at what's in it. Majority of dog foods are cancer causing that's why there's a hike in pet cancers. Also, dogs drink from unfiltered water. Majority of owners gives their dog water straight from the tap, which is filled with lead and other microbes. But the most important thing is giving pets unnecessary or too many shots/injections. Too many shots destroys their natural immune system making them susceptible to disease.
But of course, majority of vets will never admit that because they need to make money from your yearly visits. Not all vets are bad, some don't know or don't even believe it. Vets only know what they've been taught in vet school from books that's sponsored by brand name dog food industries. Foods or treats that's filled with dangerous chemicals.
We humans eat process meat and process package meals that's also filled with dangerous chemicals. These and amongst other factors, are the cause of a rise in cancer in humans.
Boxers are also very prone to cancer…
