Of course those born after 1980 will have a healthy life till about 50 before various ailments bring you down. All this is for a person with no vices. If you have vices like smoking drinking drugs medicines sex gambling etc then reduce 15 to 20 yrs.

    This grand old lady must have been born in the 1920s and still going strong just proves how much of a healthy diet our ancestors had and how stagnant and unhealthy life style is for current generation.
