I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting and strange foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly MY point of view, but is not meant to offend any person or culture.

  1. It looks like a traditional Chinese hot and sour soup, which I love. But I can only imagine what the pig brain tastes like and I can see myself enjoying it. As for the century year old egg, I can only tolerate that when it’s soaked in peppers and and black vinegar. Never had it in soup tho. Thanks for sharing

  2. I generally don't put comments on youtube videos, but looking at the effort you put in making and editing these videos, I must say that your channel is one of the best travel and food show on YouTube… More power to you ??

  3. Dying to try it, even as a vegetarian BUT viscous???? No joke….looked like snot! Century egg – needs to be mushed into congee….it's like eating wee-wee!

  4. No offence meant, but I doubt I'd ever try that stuff. I've always been picky when it comes down to foods (maybe because I'm an Aspie) & there's some things I know I could never try. I doubt I'd be able to physically handle it now, anyway; as my diet has had to drastically change since sepsis from 5 years ago destroyed a lot of my bowel. I'm now on 1 daily meal at most & almost every kind of fruit/veg is too problematic to consume; unless I want to be in pain for days afterwards. Nevertheless, it interests me to watch these kind of videos. At least it's in some way educational, as it shows different cultures, etcetera… ✨? ? ?✨

  5. This soup is sooooooo goooodddddd, i would kill to have 10 bowls of this soup lol, unfortunately theres really no good soup places where i live. 🙁
