Would love to see some engineer come up with some new technology to stop cars from fleeing. Every time I see one of these num-nuts hit an innocent driver's car it makes me cringe. I remember seeing a net that wraps around your tires and stops you cold in yours tracks. Maybe figure out how to deploy from the cruiser during the chase without stopping.
