33. once again i'ma say this…if you stop a still running mobile vehicle IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD you deserve to have your anus prolapsed then get shot in the face. you are NOTHING but a danger to yourself and others. if you are involved in an accident get your car off the road as quickly as you can. if your car cannot move call 911/999 to request emergency help AFTER you get off the road.
