12. Russia has probably got the most stupid drivers in the world. When they learn to drive the one thing they are never taught is to use the mirrors and brakes. Living in the UK we also have idiots like everywhere else. Here, they never look at their mirrors, particularly their side mirrors. No doubt this is why there are so many cyclists that get hit. Uk is more interested in feeding the Royals and reading about their dull lives because the weather in the UK is shit they have nothing better to do. I drive in the UK regularly and I am amazed by the stupidity of the people in London who can cut into your lane when the roads converge, without looking at their mirrors. It just goes to show, every country has their fair share of idiots and it is getting worse, not better.
