  1. God bless these people. I know it happened a while ago, but watching this still gives you the feels.

I would have to fit two cats in the same carrier, two more cats in separate (since they don’t get along with my other cats) then another two in harnesses because I don’t have that many carriers. If you think six cats is crazy, then just wait till I name my other pets.

So, then five gold fish would be but in the emergency tank of a container with a lid, (depending how fast we had to get out) and a betta would be transferred into its own little separate container. My hermit crabs will be easy to carry, even though it’s a big tank, it weighs a lot less than a tank filled with water.

I never had anything happen with the pets, since I never experienced a natural disaster where I live. But I can only imagine what it’s like.

  2. I don't understand why people at so worried about their pets but are there accepting hot dogs made from other animals that they care nothing about! humans are so disconected!

  3. AMERICAN RED CROSS DO NOT HELP FAMILIES WITH PETS— THE BLANKET ON THE DOGS' COT IN THIS STORY WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FOR HUMANS. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR "CREATIVE" PLACING OF THE BLANKET. DO NOT DONATE TO AMERICAN RED CROSS.

  4. who is that cold hearted to leave there pets they have lives and feelings too .NO man left behind , no animal left behind

  5. im think about all the animals that is bigger than dogs… being in water all the time cant be healthy… hope they can make space for many of them

  6. I think Jennifer Lawrence said it best in the movie Passengers. "You die I die." I'm not leaving my dogs behind for anything. WTH??
