33. A professional at his job should never scream at a customer like that. That first guy deserved all the annoyance she gave him. If you can't deal with "unruly" customers better than that, they get a job where you don't have to worry about dealing with people. Granted, in SOME of these, the driver is in the right.

    Definitely not the first guy, though. The woman was being calm and all he had to do was tell her what the guy at the end who came to the car told her and offered to walk her around to where she wanted to go. The whole situation could have been averted if he just would have done that and it would have taken half a minute as opposed to unproductive yelling for five minutes.
