When we picked our puppy (Charlie) we got to meet his brothers and sisters. They were a lively bunch, and our little fellow decided his best tactic was to bully his brothers. Notice the tail bite!

In the description they say that they had called the puppy Charlie, & it bit the other puppy's tail, hence "Charlie bit me". It is meant to be a cute throw back because of the coincidence of name & biting his sibling.
