Why do people, when they've made a mistake, carry on making it? Morbid stupidity, they just don't give a shit, the red mist, lack of driving skill altogether or they're completely unaware of other drivers on the road. Simple solution, take their licenses away and ban them from driving for life. Plus give them 1,000,000 hours community service.
