1:16 no joke I have seen this happen in Austin, Tx on I35 right before you get into downtown. I was about 5 or 6 cars back and seen the semi lock his brakes and dart across 2 lanes like that. I was sure it was going to be a nasty wreak but traffic never stop and the semi kept going, so i guess I'm not crazy and that driver actually pulled in off with out hitting anyone in rush hour traffic.
