7. That cyclist at the end had PLENTY of time to slow down seeing road congestion ahead. Not condoning the van driver driving way too fast, but still, me on a bike, I would have slowed down way before seeing what was in front of me. Cyclist is a danger to others as well as himself.

That road is a straight away road he could clearly see a car coming why the hell did he choose to get in front of it!??? 18. Some of these 'accidents' could easily have been avoided if one person had not insisted on their right of way; it seems as though some people prefer all the nuisance of a collision because they 'were in the right'.

20. last clip they were both wrong, cyclist could clearly see the cars was overtaking but decided to move further into danger instead of keeping the the left . he definitely either put his hand or foot out to hit the vans mirror but ended up coming off, if the van had hit the cyclist even from the side let alone head on the bike would show considerable amount of damage which it did not show any at all.
    The van driver was going to fast probably due to frustration of the car ahead trying to park and he did not indicate before his manoeuvre. His mouth alone was annoying enough to warrant a slap but if they both stayed calm I'm sure things would have gone better. stupidity on both sides.

27. The last collision of van and bicycle, the bicycle had a right to go straight and the van driver have to wait behind parked car. Lots of drivers misunderstand this. It is NOT first come, first served. If you have to drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid obstacle you have to make sure that there is no in coming traffic. Bicyclists and motorcyclists have to pay attention that lots of stupid drivers are doing this.

    Some of these drivers with the dash-cams, even though they aren't at fault, could have prevented some of these accidents. These videos show mistakes as not looking far up ahead for hazards in front of the car in front of them. Also, not using the rear-view mirror to see if the car in the rear is coming up at a high rate of speed.

    People… Driving is not only looking at what is directly in front of you. You have to keep scanning all around you. Not only as you're driving, but when you come to a sudden stop because of stopped traffic ahead or any other reason, you have to look into that rear-view mirror right away! You also have to keep enough distance from the car in front of you so that you can see what is in front of them!
