When a big rig blows a tire, DO NOT PASS IT until it stops. They tend to have more tires blow out. The remaining tires are suddenly under heavier load and you can expect those overloaded tires to be as old and abused as the one that blew out.

I tried to put my opinion on here, if you don't agree with it, don't get fucking nasty. Just don't agree and be on your way. Do you know that I have severe anxiety and depression and comments like that make me feel very suicidal? Thanks for that. Car brakes: a device for slowing or stopping a vehicle or other moving mechanism by the absorption or transfer of the energy of momentum, usually by means of friction. Emergency brakes: a brake used to stop a vehicle if the main brakes fail. So yeah, I did know what I was talking about. If you can't stop the car using just the pedal, pull the E-brake and it will help stop the car. That's all I was saying.

Why are Russians (not all of them but a heck of a lot of them) such appalling drivers? Don't they receive any actual driver education? They drive way too fast with little or no skills as to what to do when they are suddenly sideways on an icy road. I would be shit scared to even go there based on this.
