27. I remember one footage I saw of an insurance scammer, laying down in the crosswalk. The SUV he laid in front of, proceeded to go thru the crosswalk, the light had changed to green. Ran the dumbass over! The driver of course was horrified and had not seen the idiot actually laying on the ground.
