That is not a bloodstone bug. Both pudge and Rubick hooked each other and were pulled to each other's position, but before that, it was the hook mechanic, how people are able to bring back people who have tped using their hooks, same thing happeded with Rubick, he was brought back to the place from where he disappeared, and then he moved to pudge's place, and pudge had already begun moving to rubick's place in the fountain.
