  1. It looks strangely interesting but not appearing to be appetizing. Most Indian foods lacks a lot green vegetable and always appear mushy-looking and monochromatic. That's not tempting IMO. Virtually no fresh, green vegetables; that's what boring baby foods or junk foods look like in the West. Come to think of it, Indian foods are the most processed. Even herbs and spices are rarely fresh but almost always dried. If there is a raw vegan Indian, that'd be a one in a billion.
