Growing up Mi-Ki Pt. 3: Following the Life of Cute Puppies & Dogs

Thanks for joining us for another installment of “Growing up Mi-Ki.” This is part 3, which covers some of the most important periods of puppyhood: the awareness and canine socialization periods.

The awareness period of puppyhood happens when puppies are 21-28 days, or between three to four weeks, old. At the same time the canine socialization period begins, which is from the first 21 to 49 days, or three to seven weeks, of the puppies’ life.
