  2. “Near Fatal” should be hyphenated in your video title. With the way you have it written now, you are talking about being in a location that is close to fatal NASCAR crashes.

  3. Just thinking.. running anti clock wise, a rhd car, like we use in my country, might be better in the event of a T-bone. I had a t-bone and if I was wearing a seat belt at the time I won't be typing this. It punched me onto the passenger seat. Although I had a crushed and shattered pelvis from the impact, the driver side was crushed up to the handbrake and if I was strapped into my seat the impact would have crushed me in my seat. Yeah wearing a seat belt is a great idea most of the time but that one occasion, not wearing one saved my life.

  4. The Rick Carelli truck wreck at New Hampshire was a actually a fatality! He passed then Adam Petty died almost identical Two which is why New Hampshire speedway is the only short track that runs a smaller restrictor plate, But with them being injected now I’m sure they slow the car by some other means?

  5. When you realize none of these are fatal but Dale Sr gets killed by tapping the wall like wtf??‍♂️ I know he wasn’t wearing a piece of his safety equipment but cmon bruh

  6. Hi I know this is late but looking at these crashes is pretty harrowing very sad to lose Daniel Weldon I know 2011 but t8me does not change his horrific death and several other,s who have list their lives one texted said how do they survive only answer I can give you luck there is no other explanation hundreds of miles an hour hitting concrete barriers and walking away miracles and luck I do think our Ordinary cars need this protection but there is no way you could as passengers are also in the cars maybe front driver and polio passenger they do get the brunt but if you have not set belt you will hit the driver and take his head out not pleasant and fatal so is a twisted seat belt in a crash this will lacerate your liver and other organs you could bleed out depending I have gone on enough will it stop the racing at hundreds of miles an hour not but death is final and it will

  7. That Earnhardt wreck looked 10 times worse then the crash that killed him. Just goes to show you that equipment works. It worked in that crash but did not work in the one that killed him.

  8. Death is a pull for these drivers in American Motorsport towards Europe motorsport where a death of 1 single driver means the championship goes back to the drawing boards to fix the thing that lead to the drivers death.
A driver dies in NASCAR or Indy car teams stand on pit lane morn the loss of the driver and race again next weekend like nothing happened unlike European championships like F1 when we lost Senna and Ratzb in 90s Hans device invented and higher cock pits protection came in than we lost Jules a few yrs back VSC invented so drivers didn't speed past crashes.
Dale Snr would be alive today as Hans device was invented and in use when he refused to wear it calling it a Nuse around his neck then after his death it was proven that if he had have been wearing a Hans device he would be alive today
