2. This reminds me of a channel called ‘reptile channel’ where they feed live animals squirrels, mice, pigs, baby chicks, rabbits, rats, fish and a fucking dog and also sometimes they make the snakes fight. All to fulfil a vore fetish ( eating or being eaten alive )

14. A few months back, I fell into the animal rescue rabbit hole. I'm so glad that I didn't find any videos like this, because they would have made me so angry.

15. And they're ruining the good name of the REAL primitive technology. I'm sick of all the channels with "primitive technology" in the titles now who are clearly capitalizing off the success of the REAL primitive technology channel (who does not fuck with animals in his videos at all).

19. I like watching videos of animals hunting. I live in an area where I don't get to admire nature at work, and I enjoy seeing it on screen. Not long ago, I looked up videos of komodo dragons hunting, and accidentally landed on a video of a guy placing live week-old rabbits in front of a komodo dragon. This is disgusting, and the comments on those videos are even more horrendous. People comment things like "Aw, he's giving them a new home in his stomach" and "I love the sound of them screaming while their bones crunch". Why isn't Youtube doing anything about this shit? We should all start @'ing them on Twitter.

25. The easiest thing would be Tweet YT. If it is clear documentary filming of hunting, or animals hunting each other I will accept it. But when the animals are clearly put in the space to make the video it is 100% for entertainment and breaches many countries laws.

26. Animal abusers make me sick. Theres another channel called Rawwfishing and I watched 1 video and felt such fury.. who knows how many fish he's killed from lack of knowledge on how to care for them.. I can't believe animal abuse has such a following on youtube…

28. That’s so messed up. There are so many layers to this abuse. It makes me sick. Those poor animals being fed as “prey” just to be injured and then taken away to have it done to them again.. and the snake!! I own a python, and the amount of pain and distress it would be in from these videos is heartbreaking. When a python constricts, it usually has bitten onto its prey, if you try and yank the animal out from it’s mouth- you can end up breaking off the snake’s teeth, leaving it very hungry or losing confidence to try and eat again.

29. What's fucked is that this may actually be legal where they live. A lot of Asian countries have very very lax animal cruelty laws. Just look at how many Milo's and Otis' they went thru shooting the film…

Also they are using large hognoses for the people thumbnails, THEY ARE LIKE THE CUTEST SNAKES YOU WILL EVER SEE, THEY ARE TINY AND HARMLESS. They don't help people who are already scared of an amazing misunderstood animal

31. If it was just feeding snakes for the purpose of education it would be completely different. This isn’t anything but torture and in a way it’s abusive to the snake as well. You can’t just feed a snake something that isn’t part of the recommended diet, and you especially don’t feed them live domesticated animals. It honestly feels like a very twisted fetish to me, because this clearly isn’t for educational purposes. In the end though YouTube would rather go after content creators for dropping F bombs than animal cruelty.

34. Maybe it's because I work with animals to help them feel better (I'm working to be a vet tech). But this kinda shit gets me on a really personal level…

35. The people running these channels actually are part of a large community of people that enjoy watching live feeding videos. These “people” posit that because captive predators like pythons and other carnivores need to eat, it is just part of the circle of life…blah blah blah…and they enjoy watching live feedings. Once enough people complain, they shut down that channel and with slight changes they start another. The creators make sure the fans know where/when/and under what name the new channel is masquerading. I’m sorry but I don’t remember what they called them selves, but they do have a catchphrase. Killing animals is not recommended
