10. i think Duckenfield was made scapegoat for all the Deaths. it was the police advisory board which tried to blame the families

11. My uncle died because of a company, he was sweeping the balcony of a tall building, and his safety rope was really old, because the company didn't care about safety after the disaster, and my uncle slipped and fell off 9 stories. Rest his soul.

41. It's amazing that humans never have the foresight to be proactive about disaster prevention. Something horrible generally has to happen before we clue up and implement appropriate safety measures.
