Jan. 30th, 2015 – Animal Rescue Corps (ARC) assisted the Ohio County, KY Sheriff’s Department and Animal Control in the rescue of approximately 54 animals found living in neglectful conditions in a dilapidated trailer home in Whitesville, KY. The animals were transported to the ARC emergency shelter where they received medical and daily care, as well as grooming, socialization and loving attention from the ARC volunteers. The animals are then transported to ARC placement partners, where they will be matched with adoptive families.

I Love Animal Rescue Corps!!
need more guys like you
And sentenced to life in prison, in the general population. Then they should be forced to wear clothing saying they killed innocent animals!
I adopted my sweet Mollie from horrible puppy mill conditions in Kentucky. Something should be done to manage these atrocities (stricter legal punishment).
Want this in my country…
THANK YOU!!!!
Humans are such odd creatures. They'll get teary-eyed and thumb this up while eating McDonald's and wearing fur. Such an arbitrary species.
There are some sick people in this world, what a disgusting place………….
Rescue work in puppy mills and hoarding cases is so rewarding. ARC doesn't ever show the animals being adopted out though. I really hope these dogs are not euthanized because they truly reserve a life of love after all they have been through. I support National Mill Dog Rescue who rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes these precious mamas and papas.
Why…..
how are the puppys hope they are ok thank you for helping them
Ich bewundere Euch für Eure Stärke und Kraft. Ihr leistet wundervolle Arbeit. Vielen Dank. Eine Frage. Die Hündin bei 6:21, was hatte sie am Euter. Eine Entzündung? Ein Geschwür? Es sieht komisch aus.
I tried donating, but it wouldn't let me because Im in Canada 🙁 any other way I could?
As deplorable as the conditions were for the animals, I find it just as deplorable that someone was living in those conditions. Thank you for mentioning the help rendered to the hoarder. You do folks do great work!
Thank you ALL so very much. This is heartbreaking, yet heartwarming. You are an army of ANGELS!
This is an awesome save!I pray they get a great home the next time around!
God Bless ARC & KY Sheriffs & the 54dogs & 1 cat you rescued. Thank you!
People like you make me believe in humanity.
I can see how people become so sick; they start out with good intentions by caring so much about the stray dogs they see everywhere, and no one else helps, so these people end up taking them ALL in, then get bogged down with the constant work in caring for them, getting more mentally sick along the way. Allowing puppies to be born, when spay/neuter is so easily available, shows the depth of the sickness. Spay/neuter should be made much easier by vets…they should just spay/neuter, charge a reasonable fee, and not do that whole vaccine regimen and the other "add-ons" which put many people off. Any obviously sick animals should be made healthy before any surgery.
Thank you so much for all you do ARC, and of course the worst hoarders of all are puppy mills…they've got to be strictly outlawed.
Thank god I am an angel, I love seeing my money go to these operations. Great work guys xxx
Thank u for your work
I am sad that the puppy died but I am happy all the other dogs and the one cat are safe! They do a spectacular job rescuing all the animals. I glad the animals will have a second chance, and a long happy life with a new family!
Fantastic work you are doing. God bless you all.
Thank you for being angels to these furbabies. You do an outstanding job!
