Starring Academy Award-nominee Sean Astin (“The Lord of the Rings” trilogy, “50 First Dates”), Emmy-winner Joe Pantoliano (TV’s “The Soprano’s,” “The Matrix”), Academy Award-nominee Anne Ramsey (“Throw Mamma From the Train,” “Scrooged”), Emmy-nominee Martha Plimpton (“Running on Empty,” “Parenthood”), Corey Feldman (“The Lost Boys,” “Stand By Me”), Kerri Green (“Lucas,” “Summer Rental”), Josh Brolin (“Into the Blue,” “Hollow Man”) and Robert Davi (“Hot Chick,” “Die Hard”). That ship sailing out is the most epic scene. It looks real.
I remember going with my mom, as a boy, to the movie theater to watch it. Then my friends and I took brown paper and burnt the edges and made treasure maps and went around climbing trees and looking about. We used to use our imaginations a lot, and make believe, and pretend. I also loved back to the Future and later on Home alone, which made me laugh and dream too.

Love this movie!! #80s Classic!! Anyone else notice around 17:50 mouth (mouths) mikey's lines?! ? also in the restaurant by the fireplace when mikey hits the floor with the fire poker he actually calls Brand by his real name Josh!! ? always finding new bloopers that made the movie! I'll watch this until I die!
So worth buying
Always live this movie! But why did they never make a movie if it’s soo Good? I don’t get that! Who’d watch a Part 2 if they made it today w Spielberg @ the helm & todays technology ?!

One of my favorite 80s Movies ????????
2019 Anyone?
Congratulations to the artist who made the thumbnail on this video.. you managed to make this classic cool movie look like a disposable Disney channel garbage goosebumps annoying Nickelodeon kids movie.
My favorite movie that I've been watching since I was a little kid. Movies like these that make even older audiences feel the wonder and excitement just like being a kid make some of the best movies ever made.
“Hey! You guuuuuuys!” ????One of the best classics ever!!!! GOONIES
This is probably the worst cover image for this classic you could have possibly come up with.
The worst fucking movie I have ever seen in my life. I’m not even joking. Other movies at least have some element of fun. This one made me want to shoot my fucking brains out.
