20. You can, but they need to be really low on health and with some sort of poison spell on them, like the Queen of Pain's Shadow Strike, something that does damage over time.

37. Eclipse does damage equal to the lucent beam's (Her first ability's) damage . And that guy had no points into that ability .

38. Her ultimate uses whatever level her first skill is to determine damage,etc and the luna had no points in their first skill, ergo no damage.
