I think number 3 is from a movie called 'the Ghost Footage'. I saw it a while back, it's a Found Footage movie and hilarious. The guy assumes everything is a ghost — one scene has him walking across a rope bridge and when he reaches the other side he turns around and claims a ghost is following him because the bridge is swinging. The ending however is pretty entertaining as it provides something unique to Found Footage movies but in regards to storytelling it destroys the entire movie … but again I'm not entirely certain it's from that movie, it just looks familiar.
