12. WHY…WHY treat a dog like this ?? Clearly abused, starved and tied up to a fence, abandoned, suffering from tremendous pain. Broken trust, broken hope….The owners should be treated the same way, because they DO NOT deserve anything less. I´m grateful to you for saving and healing this adorable little guy, YOU are the heroes in this story..
