This is the type of stuff I should have gone through, for my back to be feeling this way.
I scorpioned yesterday. I was at an event at my school. They had a slip and slide down a hill and inner tubes. I was holding the inner tube jumped out onto the slip and slide. Inner tube stopped. I kept going forward, and face planted into the ground scorpioning in front of everybody ?
