It was from a camera system they once had before there was new construction on the cafe. No place wants customers and employees to feel they’re on camera all the time. So they deny they have one.

This is real and not a ghost and they are not singular go frame by frame these things are all around us and most people don't see them no matter how big they can get they all look different from each other some seem beautiful others not so much. If anyone has any sincere questions about them I would be happy to help you see them, but if you are going to be rude just because you can't see and therefore don't believe I will just delete and block. the second part has a lot of electronic waves or noise
maybe the power supply to the camera or a short in a cord

my friends and I went there earlier today. this was my second time and my friend jokingly asks the people working there if the place is haunted (he does this at other places too even if the place isnt haunted). Both both times we went he asked and at least 2 employees confirmed it. my friend asked the guy clearing the dishes, Hector, if this was haunted. he said he's worked there 5 days a week for 5 years and said during his time there he's seen some weird stuff late at night on diff occasions.
