It was a surprised planned attack that happened, if you look right at the beginning both cars are going in opposite directions and as soon as the murderers see there victim they turn around and go for the kill. The window is not broken by the victim but the bullets. The only thing the victim did was reverse back (you can see his car moving slightly back) but didn't have time. Rather than zooming off maybe the biker was a member as he doesn't seem too bothered of what just happened.

9. The guy on the bike is the one who set it up… I bet that he was down the street with the gun men and pointed out the victim car.. The shortly after he past like he was just going about his business… Because the gun men kill that person execution style or hit man style and if that guy on the bike wasn't involved he would have got killed as well.. The first shoot fired and the guy and the bike heard that and he had enough time to turn back around like any innocent person who valued his/her life would do. But he just continue going the same direction that don't make any sense unless like i like said before he's the one who was pointed out the victim car..
