I personally dont go now but when I did there non speaking English customer service sucks. They talk in their language about you as soon as you ask try to let them know about any service you are uncomfortable with. Most are illegal aliens ,no license or work permit.

All nail shops need to get security!! It’s not worth holding someone in just so they can mess up their shop!! It cost more money holding someone in then letting them go and I’m sure they don’t have the money to pay for the damages they cause!! I’ve seen to many times they hold people in and people begin messing up the shop!! GET SECURITY!!
