  1. Mental illness is tough. Hidden, and often not recognized. Others suffer ( animals and people) but that doesn't mean someone is malicious or selfish, they have a chemistry problem and need help.

  2. Yes, I agree with the previous comments. Please charge that homeowner for abuse/neglect. You don't know how many other cats in particular have died in there. She should never have another animal. It would be one thing if she realized her issue and asked for help but she is fighting the help and cannot put the animals first. She thinks that she loves the animals but it is all about what the animals do for her.

  3. I know I am going to get lynched for saying this. Hoarding is a form of mental illness, more common in older people who do not have a family to tend to them, so they get cats, dogs and or things to fill the hole in their life that is loneliness. I am not saying she was right to let it get so bad, but you have to treat a hoarder like you would someone with dementia or Alzheimers they don't realize why it is so bad the animals keep them from being lonely and that is all that matters, most of these types don't even mentally comprehend that something could be wrong. So long as they don't feel alone nothing else matters. It is very sad and I do feel bad for the woman who was pushed to this point. I feel bad that the animals had to suffer in such conditions that they should not have and am glad they will get medical aid and new homes hopefully. Most of all I hope that woman gets the medical help she needs. because just like these animals she is sick as well and needs just as much medical aid.

  4. How do these crazies get to go on doing this, people knew and said nothing. Jail I don’t care how old this woman is and those people that knew accomplices should go to jail, these fur babies have a mind a heart a soul they a living and breathing soul???❤️❤️❤️❤️??????

  5. Whoever is looking after the dog you are heartless cruel person I don’t know how you are friends even if you do you are friends you probably don’t even tell him about that dog and all contacts you tight homeless living be in touch

  6. Hoarder actually said "By taking me animals you're taking my life away" NO, YOU TOOK THEIR LIFE AWAY! YOU SELFISH PITIFUL EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING.

  7. Some people are just stupid!!!
She thinks only of her self so she could have all the snugling and peting them but they dont think of them and their health!!!!!!?????

  8. In india, 80% of the dogs are homeless just lingering around streets. People here only gives importance to the breed dogs and not the common ones. It is heartbreaking to see it. Once a dog was hit near my eyes and people acted as if nothing happened and went their way.
I know there's discrimination among people in india but discrimination among animals? That's some shit!

  9. My husband and I would love a dog but we realize we aren't home to properly take care of a dog so we won't get one. Why and how would anyone get 36cats and a dog when you can't take care of yourself

  10. Hoarding that many animals is ridiculous as is but to keep them all in a tiny apartment.. I don't even want to know what the inside looked like. What a horrible person to cause this much pain on so many innocent animals. I would spend every last penny I had to make sure my dog was okay and pain-free so it's hard to understand why people get animals if they don't care about their well being
