He looks better but all I see is HIM standing (1 hind limb twisted). Didn't see him walk.
IMHO her should be in a home where he has a wheelchair. Very lucky to have survived distemper but sometimes it leaves a bad mark-usually neurological. 🙁

What are you going to do with him, your video says nothing. Have a look at the people walking in the street, they didn't show any concern to this poor disabled dog. Some nations have strict animal protection laws, you can hardly see street dogs, and have very strict laws against animal abusers. In Australia if we see this dog wondering in the streets, many people will come to help , or take him home or call RSPCA. Some nations don't care about animals, they think they are superior to animals, actually they are selfish, greedy, not better than animals at all. God bless you for taking him to your shelter, giving him a bowl of food. Please don't let him in the streets again.
