Rex is 17 years old. His boss, who loved him very much could not take care of him anymore. It is not sure how Rex was injured but Takis took care of him and his wounds are healing well now. Today is the first day that Takis can use his new 4WD car that was sponsored by many friends of his Animal Shelter. Takis Shelter is located near Ierapetra on the Greek island Crete. Takis decided that with the new car, today, it is a great opportunity to take Rex with him to the Shelter where he can take care of him and Rex can have a new home.

Takis, das ist ja schon paar Jahre her wenn man bis heute vergleichen tut. Hat sich sehr viel getan, du hast mehr Hunde Hütten natürlich kannst du immer noch mehr gebrauchen sowas kann man nie genug haben. Dann hast du diese großen Futter Näpfe da, was auch wichtig ist und man kann davon auch immer welche gebrauchen. Es hat sich viel in den paar Jahren getan du hast viel erreicht Respekt!!! Der arme Rex gut das du den geholt hast der war ja total schlecht dran und verletzt, jetzt bei dir ist er fröhlich rennt rum spielt fühlt sich einfach Pudel wohl. I just found this video by accident while watching Takis' latest update so no doubt this beautiful boy is in doggy heaven by now but i'm sure he enjoyed his new life playing with his new friends.
