A video of a man stealing a driver’s phone through his car window on October 16 2019 has gone viral. In the footage, a man is seen driving with his window down in Cape Town, when he is stopped at the intersection of Halt and Voortrekker Roads and his phone stolen. The victim has not laid a formal charge with the SAPS, but has been urged to do so.

Pathetic, grown ass men doing all that for a cell phone. Running like mentally challenged kids for a cell phone. What? Are cell phones expensive af there? I didn't know people still stole phones.
