Torrential rains caused floods and landslides in parts of Montenegro, blocking roads and cutting off dozens of homes.
Emergency teams responded to calls from people seeking help with flooded homes and stranded vehicles.
Authorities said traffic had been suspended on some of the roads linking the capital Podgorica with the northern part of the country.
Heavy rainfall has also hit the coastal region by the Adriatic Sea, flooding streets and houses in the southern town of Herceg.
