Another week and another round of the top workout fails caught on camera. You’d be surprised just how many strange, painful, and hilarious fails get submitted every single day. This week’s main theme lands more on the painful side – with some air grasping throat injuries while lifting heavy weight.
Key word here is to always know your limits and to not be an idiot in the gym. While these workout fails might make some of you laugh – it will most likely make more of you cringe and grasp your throat. No one wants to risk getting seriously hurt and a big way to avoid that is to be smart. Sure, these videos are entertaining but it’s not worth the potential permanent damage that can be done to your body.
