14. I am sorry, these people mean well but with such a severe matting, the dog should be sedated. To try to shave off this matting is very painfull, the skin underneath the mats is so irritated, thin and sore. Also keep in mind that the blade of the razor will dull quickly with that level of mats (thus more or less ripping instead of cutting) and can become very hot! (Burns) not to mention the anxietylevel of the dog! Muzzling and restraining as shown here is not ok to say the least. Again kuddos for saving and good intentions but… please inform yourselves with a pro in that field, vet and or registered dog groomer… please….

15. If this dog was just lying on the ground, no one would notice that it is a dog… They may had think that was just garbage… Sorry for bad English, still learning.

    He was so scared and you all were tough and brutal to him. Did you enjoy putting his head down like this and bathing him as if he was a item and not a breathing and living creature with a soul?

    You guys don't look like you love animals. He needed a little time and treats – and breaks, for God's sake!

    You definitely need to learn much more about how to treat and shave an animal. And hell, don't rub the soap in so hard and fast! His skin was probably so injured and sensitive, and you guys didn't care at all.

    Next time the guy with the camera should rather help than filming this.

    Do it better next time. Much better. This was really bad to watch. Nevertheless, thanks for your help.

30. Seriously?! This is the way you treat the dogs you rescue?! You are obviously hurting and traumatizing him. He should have sedated and treated gently. If this is the way you "rescue" dogs, you should be doing something else. This is disgusting.
