  1. About the hamsters, my hamster doesn’t try to escape because she has the correct size cage and my old hamster escaped her cage and when I fed him in the morning she was back in her cage in the morning ??

  2. These pigs were just rescued and only temporarily in those small cages for safety and health reason obviously. This lady clearly knows what she is doing and she isn’t going to harm these piggies.

  3. I understand that these animals are rescued from neglect and its incredibly selfless to take these in. However, the hamsters are cages that are way to small and their bedding is much too shallow. An easy way to fix this is to make some bin cages which I see you have done but considering getting the biggest ones you can from Walmart and some dollar store ornaments that can be used as hides. Also maybe get some children's play sand and some lunch boxes to make sand boxes. Maybe you can also set up an amazon wish list for bedding etc.

  4. All those male piggies just released somewhere ? When I was a kid someone dumped a bunch of domestic rats into our neighborhood. Our neighbors found a couple in their yard and kept them as pets. We weren’t so lucky. I found one walking along the beams in our unfinished basement and it ran in between the walls before I could catch it. For months we could hear rats scratching and climbing and nesting inside our walls but we could never catch them. We finally my parents had to call an exterminator ☹️People need to plan ahead before they commit to getting an animal.

  5. Hey guys! So happy for what you are doing for all these guinea pigs and even the hamsters. I do have a few tips on hamster care though because I once kept hamsters and didn't understand everything about them. For one they need a much larger cage, a simple plastic bin converted into a cage will work just fine. Also, make sure they each have a wheel not only at night but during the day as well. As they adjust to the new environment they may be up during the day, as well as, the night. The cage the boy hamster was in is a good size but also make sure they have plenty of things to keep them occupied. Overall, I think the guinea pigs in the room looked happy and healthy! Keep up the good work.

  6. the guinea pigs that are alone need a friend ! && give the hamsters some toys esp that rlyyy scared one. Tysm for taking care of these animals.

  7. Awe, the poor scared hamster…he reminds me of the male hamster I had as a little girl, like 6 or 7. My mom decided to surprise me with him one afternoon when she picked me up at my grandmothers. She brought in the box and was all exited to show me, but the second she opened the box he went ballistic and scared me really bad. It took weeks for me to form any sort of relationship with him, but after we were no longer afraid of each other, things were so much better. Because of the awkward introduction, we wound up naming him ‘Killer’, LoL ?

  8. Poor piggies ?, my two little piggy-girls and I are so thankful there are people like you guys out there to come to the rescue. I hope they can be domesticated again and find good homes.

  9. dude the teeth cliping part made me cringe so bad cause i couldnt stop like… feeling that happen to my teeth ?

edit: also a 24/7 livestream of all the geme guinea pigs would be SO cool

  10. The reason why hamsters want to escape is the size of their cage. I have a huge enclosure without bars and they never try to escape. I change their cage layout every few weeks to keep it interesting, they have a saucer and a wheel, houses and toys made of wood. They are always satisfied because they have alot to do, nice food and attention.

  11. She is careing for them beter than the shits that had them and she we homes them ,she nos what shes doing and gages are just for the short time get a life people shes doing a good job

  12. Is it safe to keep a bunny with those guinea pigs? I had always heard not to mix rodents (or bovine, i suppose for rabbits). How does the bunny handle it? Are their droppings safe to be around one another?

  13. The guinea pigs left out in little cages when they were first brought in, I'd recommend covering them all with towels to make them feel safer whilst being able to get used to their surroundings

  14. If a hamster makes that sound stop holding them…you can give them extreme amount of stress, and the cages you have are ok for shelters but if you adopt them somewhere else go to the channel called Munchies Place she has great tips for hamsters so you can educate people
