12. NO BS- I saw a ghost and it was a shadow just like that- I blew it off, but my cat saw it, and went after it, then did three laps around the apartment on the walls only. That's when I realized it was real- and not an object of my imagination. They were tearing down an old hospital across the street, and multiple people in my building reported similar encounters. Freaked one girl out so bad she went to stay with her mother for a week.

13. That looks like an after image. A lot of times security tapes or hard drives get recorded over the previous copy numerous times. I think it is an after image from the previous recording.
