Two people were reported missing in floods after heavy rains hit the Cote d’Azur in southern France.
Footage filmed in the commune of Trans-en-Provence on Saturday shows the flooded the area.
Hundreds of homes were affected with evacuations being carried out in several towns as a preventive measure. Rail and air transport was reportedly disrupted.
Residents were advised to stay indoors and refrain from using vehicles. Some 1,600 emergency workers have reportedly been mobilised.
