This is a reply to the last videos on why we cant seperate the dogs and why we have no doors anymore.
As the tensions rise at this open shelter more and more dogs are on the loose, domesticated savage dogs attack other dogs, we have no electricity for cameras to see who drops off what dog, untill we build our shelter we will continue to have this problem.

Dev, didn't you say that you are a builder? You don't need to buy brand new expensive gates, just build a gate out of scrap wood and attach it with ropes. it doesn't have to be anything fancy! If someone steals it is no big deal. Then keep all of the smallest puppies in one stall enclosure. Feed them in the enclosure away from the other dogs and away from the road and cars. Takis at Takis shelter has the most brilliant system of organizing the dogs he keeps the puppies and small dogs in one group and it works out very well and always keeps the puppies safe. The way you are doing things at the shelter now are too disorganized and chaotic, there is a better way. Not all dogs are compatible they must be organized in compatible groups! There is no excuse not to protect these puppies! What happens to them when you aren't there? It is out of control there because you allow it to be out of control.

This white dog is the alpha male it is imperative it is neutered there will be a blood bath. It is very unusual for an adult dog to attack a puppy. Maybe the dog is not well and please do not approach a dog that is possessive with its food because it’s not fair to the man and not fair to the dog. Hope you don’t mind my advice xx
Omg. How I wish countries would realise that to end the crises of stray dogs is to neuter and spay. Yes we get stray dogs in England. But this is too heartbreaking and just to do a simple operation. Bring a rope and tie up that big, white dog to the side of the fence. Feed it there, let the others eat in peace! Get all those puppies. Get a puppy corral, metal one, and put them in that. Let them eat there away from bigger dogs. Someone needs to donate a building or outdoor kennels.

Is there any chance you can put a lead on the aggressive dog and walk her away and feed her away from the other dogs

Is a great job, but you most to have more control with the pupis and the big dogs.
While there's no gate on the Shelter, the puppies should be fed on the car….It's easier for them to not suffer from the adults' attacks.

As I have said many times in defence of Dev and friends – its an impossible task he is faced with – this is not a shelter as we know it – provides limited cover from the elements and that’s all that can be said for it – Dev goes there to feed the dogs and provide limited medical help if needed ! He then goes on to other parts of the town and does the same thing. It might not be perfect and he has made some mistakes but at least he is doing something. He has very little local support! Once again Dev – respect for what you are trying to do for these dogs. Your videos are difficult to watch at times – small pups obviously stressed mixing with the larger more aggressive dogs – it’s the natural order of things I guess – survival of the fittest !! If Dev could he would separate them but it’s just an impossible task !! Takis ( another channel ) has the advantage of having a large amount of land at his disposal which is self contained – he has more subscribers which means more income!

Dev, first off I want to say thank you so much for what you are doing to help the animals. So glad the little white puppy got adopted!…I think I have a solution to your aggressive two dogs on the property. That is, if you want to attempt it. If you tie both of them up to the fence temporarily until you can get the other dogs fed there, it won't hurt them & you could feed them separately that way, not close to each other, but about five feet or more apart, just tie them to the post's there. This will also 'teach' the dogs that they do not eat first & are not the alpha's as far as you are concerned. This might help w/the dogs getting attacked, especially the puppies. I know you or your partner's may not want to attempt this, but if you could block them off somehow this would help. This is only a temporary solution to the problem. I would untie them after everyone has eaten & let them go. I am so sorry that people keep taking stuff from the temporary shelter. (p.s. just for your info, it is never 'ok' for a food aggressive dog to snap or growl at a human or bite them, much less the little puppies. Here in the states when it isn't taken care of quickly right off the bat, those dogs are usually euthanized or they try behavior modification, if that doesn't work, all is lost. My husky did that to me one time & I let him know that wasn't acceptable to me, so I took care of it right away, I took the food from him even tho he tried to bite me & I was willing to do whatever it took to keep him from hurting me & to let him know that I was the alpha, no matter what.

Ich war am überlegen ob Daumen hoch oder runter, habe aber doch hoch gegeben. Weil du gefüttert hast und du für den Streit bzw dem sehr dominanten Hund nichts dafür kannst. Aber ich muß auch schimpfen, du hast nicht gut und richtig reagiert. Dann nur eine Schüssel, mensch paar Cent wirst wohl haben um noch eine zu holen. Dann seit ihr zu mehreren, einer hätte die anderen füttern können und einer den sich um den dominanten Hund. Die vielen Angriffe vor allem auf die kleinen puppies mußte nicht sein. Auch auf die großen nicht aber die kleinen sind sofort verletzt. Dann hast du nicht einmal nach den kleinen geschaut ob jemand überhaupt verletzt ist. Dann wo ist der Zaun war da nicht einer, am besten ein gutes sicheres shelter machen. So kannst du es aber auch nicht lassen, mach was anderes hin. Es muß sichere gemacht werden, weiß das du mehr tut wie viele aus deinem scheiß Volk da. Aber es geht bestimmt noch mehr, ihr seit viele kerle da nur gut aussehen reicht nicht packt mal wie richtige kerle an. Baut was, last euch was einfallen. Ich hoffe er wird besser werden, bald kommt der Winter decken sollten auch noch besorgt werden. Ihr könnt viel bauen, wäre auch viel billiger.

I have a solution with the stealing and the aggressive dogs. Fix the fencing again, put the roofing back on around that back area, and keep the aggressive dogs loose on that side of the closed off shelter. The thieves will think twice about stealing from there if there are aggressive guard dogs ready to attack them, believe me. I know people are saying get cameras, but they would be stolen too. The only way out is to leave someone permanently around with all the animals, not to leave it clear. Have someone available to watch over the property and take pics if some aggressive thieves started stealing again. Not to approach them, but take pics of car licence plates and the scum actually doing the damage (from a distance).
Dev, I know you are not a mother, but please give those little ones more loving when they are attacked by huge dogs. That darling at 2:50 was screaming, mainly from fear, probably the first time he/she felt the aggressive dog's nature directed at him/her, so please don't just pick them up but cuddle them and reassure them before putting them back down on the ground. I would have set aside a special meal some distance away for the big dog so that you could immediately feed all the little ones waiting around. I wouldn't have allowed the big dog access to collective's food.
That dog is walking all over you. Helping it self to the food that way. Grab it by the scruff of the neck and give it two swipes across the muzzle.
