– He was tied very tightly with a rusty chain and a cable on a narrow space that he cannot even sit properly. The chain was already embedded in his neck that infection has set in. He has wound all over. It was a really sorry sight and I can only imagine how much pain he was experiencing at the time he was rescued.
You will see that his face is swollen and his eye popped out. This was because his owner repeatedly hit him with a wooden object merely for barking noisily.
