so far its like a gory version of a marvel movie……and I love Marvel movies. but not this one. this is like a satanic version of Iron Man 2.its captures the humor … but not the horror of the
Hellboy comics. so far , none of the Hellboy movies have nailed that ( i still prefer Ron Perlman). the Hellboy were actually scary as u read them, even with the jokes. the pacing and the imagery. it was lot more monsters, gore ,and jokes. maybe 1 day they'll get it.

The gore and the the nasty looking creatures really makes this one good ya it’s not del toro but I think the r rating put a good spin on this only thing is this movie did fuck all in box office so we more then likely won’t get a sequel watch this with an open mind and try your best not to compare to the original movies and I promise you it is enjoyable

I thought this was a great addition to the hellboy world, love the other movies and comics too. bout the only complaint i have with this movie is Gruagach (the pig guy) going between whiny and swearing like a sailor on top of having kind of a weak story in my opinion. Hopefully theyll keep making more movies though, david harbor did a great job making it his own

I've watched the hellboy movies and enjoyed them yea the new movie doesn't connect and not the same actor but whatever it was a great movie to me if you want action and a Hellboy that's a funny badass character then your getting it through this movie.
