11. #3 is a small gas cannister rupturing and the gas flowing out and up and then dissipating. These cannisters are common in Japan. I believe in mysterious creatures from personal experience, but many times there is a natural explanation, like here with the gas cannister. It is the one that cannot be explained that is interesting and may have a supernatural explanation.
