This poor dog was found on the side of the road Thanksgiving Day. She was about 3 years old and only weighs 20 lbs. She is in the care of the veterinary staff right now and she cannot stand on her own as of now.

Many are carried out in such a shape they have to be euthanized.
As for the laws…
They amount to nothing but words in a book as the monsters almost always get off scot free.

What horrible monster would leave their family member to starve, even before they dumped her heartlessly?? The previous 'owner' of Giblet needs to be found, and brought to justice. This is criminal behaviour, and who knows if they have other suffering animals, or children.
