12. Wow! I used to watch this channel a lot around 2011 and I decided to come back and see how the videos have progressed. Maybe try to make things a little more realistic? The black and white screen makes it look really fake so just sticking to no camera filters would give it a realistic feel. Just some tips.

18. I don't know if this is real or staged. If I saw a figure on my security footage of someone I would have phoned the cops. That was NOT A ghost but a real person.
