Blu is an incredibly handsome 2 year old Akita/Pit mix available for adoption at the Animal Rescue League of Boston’s Dedham Branch. He was transferred here from another Animal Control Facility.
Blu would do well in nearly any home. He is very energetic, playful, and enjoys playgroups with most dogs. (He can sometimes be selective with some dogs.) He appears to be too interested in cats, so he shouldn’t live with one. Blu is housetrained, and is very treat motivated, which makes him easy to train! He does already knows most commands. He does not have a restriction on the age of children he can go home with – however he can be jumpy and energetic so could potentially knock down a small child.
