I would recommend watching this video on a few hackers showing that they can add video ( could have made superman show up in the room ) over a live video feed by tapping into the Ethernet Cable with a small device they created. Though this doesn't explain the other experiences. But sleep paralysis mite be an option in explaining the hand sensation on the neck. I would highly recommend having a professional computer tech look into this for you. Though if you see this kind of stuff in person and not via camera you may want to stay away from new age stuff and look into contacting a local church for help.
