Personally, if I were to make a video telling those stories of times I got myself into a jam. I would title them honestly. An honest title for this video would be, "I slid down a mountain a little bit" not "Near death experience" You were in more danger driving on the road to Breckenridge than in this video.

    Great editing, but let me tell you something.
    First you and especially your GF should learn proper Skiing/Snowboarding on Icy slopes, than in normal – not dangerous – Powder and then you can start going into heavier terrain.

    Also get some equipment. ABS Backpack, shovel and all the other stuff.

    Hope you take my advice. But I'm happy you've learned your lesson!
